::I often go here to pick up my packages and unfortunately my experience here is that the male, slightly older employee is really very unfriendly and you can tell that he doesn't enjoy his work. Not even a hello or a goodbye. For example, today I came with a collection slip, which gave me a power of attorney, and he didn't see that that was the case. He asked me for my ID and compared it with the collection slip, but the authorization is on the back and his job is to simply turn it over and then compare the names. Unfortunately he didn't succeed and said “what's the point now” in a passive aggressive tone. I reply that I have a power of attorney for this. His answer was “YOU have to tell me that from the start” and laughed sarcastically. Unfortunately, it's not my job to tell him that, because he can just turn it around or just ask me nicely why the two names don't match at first glance. It would just be nice if the employees were friendly and didn't have to take their bad mood out on the customer and unfortunately he is like that every time. One star is for the other colleagues.

::A Christmas present didn't arrive. My shipment tracking on Aliexpress says: "Delivery failed." There was also no pickup note in the mailbox. No plan what they will do with the packages. In any case, I haven't received my package and the dealer doesn't want to refund me my €30. Just because of the incompetence of the post office!!
