::The delivery of the DHL package failed so I had to go to the Filiale by myself personally. But I was 100% at home at the moment of delivery written at the DHL card, also our building has a concierge, so it is not possible, that nobody was at home at the moment of delivery. Additionally I have another post office in 500m from my home at Grüneburgweg, but all not delivered packages are going to the 507 Filiale, which is in 2.5 km. Terrible.

::I know multiple people including me living around the neighborhood, their DHL delivery are not delivered home (although all of them are home) but to this place. You need to then wait for an hour in the queue so that the employees here search for one minute and tell you they cannot find packages and ask you to go home and try the next day and repeat the same story. If you have same experience please leave message to let others know. The entire branch is a shame!
