::Today I tried in vain to pick up a package Included card from the delivery person, power of attorney included, ID card with the same address as my loved one! So 3 legitimations as DHL specifies to pick up a package that contains a calendar 😖 The friendly staff then says: now all you need is a copy of the recipient's ID card! I think it chops ! The delivery person is not able to deliver properly and drags the package across the city and even 3 forms of identification are not enough??? F.c.t you dear post🖕🏼

::It has now happened for the fourth time in a very short space of time that packages are no longer accepted in the morning because the two trolleys are full or the packages were not picked up in the evening. Then the ladies send you away in an impossible tone and tell you that you can drive to campus and that it's not your problem. The service is sublime. Either it's a post office or it's not. I always wonder how all the other branches manage to do this without sending CUSTOMERS away so rudely?!

::Customer orientation obviously seems to be a foreign word for these people. When I was dropping off a letter, I just wanted to grab some ice cream. When the cashier said the price, he already had my money in his hand. I pointed out to him twice (!) before purchasing that the price he quoted did not match the price quoted. Without a word he collected his price, gave me the receipt and served the next customer. When I made it clear to him that the comment about the wrong price was quite serious, he left me at the checkout without saying a word, continued to charge other customers and tried to make phone calls for several minutes in vain. His colleague finally came around the corner and admitted that he hadn't corrected the prices yet. It's crazy that I still have a certain amount of understanding up to this point. BUT: I asked both of them how they wanted to resolve the situation. Quote: "Nobody forces you to shop with us! Take the ice cream with you or give it back!" Understood!
