::Worst Filiale ever. People are unhelpful and lazy. I receive and email at 10:08 telling me I can pickup my parcel at 12:30-13:30. I get there at 14:30 only to be told I need to come back at 15:30. I even called customer service while I was there and was told I can pickup my parcel but they just refused to help. Worse this filiale is far from me. I have a regular filiale that all my parcels are redirected to and I even live right above a filiale as well as live across another one and have yet another 2 more filiale within 3-5 mins walk from me. Even the main filiale in the city center of stuttgart is closer to me than this one. After reading comments here about the number of parcels being misdelivered here, it makes me wonder if there is something fishy going on between this filiale and the drivers.

::It's the best post office I have across in Germany in last 3 years. It's small and there can be queues at busy hours. However, the staff is friendly and helpful. The service is quick once you reach the counter. :)
