::From my experience, the people working there always do their job right. But I will say, they will not even try to hurry up if there is a long line, and they won't try to be friendly. If there is another Deutsche Post brach in your area, I would recommend trying them out, they may have better service. But otherwise, this branch will do the job.

::The place is a little dirty and months of dust accumulation is always on the shelfs. If you are lucky you get the nice guy of the 2 people working there, the other person is quite rude, like he is really bother with you for coming to pick up or drop off a package. location is great and accessible for people living in the area.
