::It's true, the small shop is crowded and the owner is sometimes a bit stressed, understandably... but that's exactly what makes it human. I'm grateful that the older couple makes an effort every day to please everyone. That this shop still exists there. Because when they both retire, we can walk kilometers with packages. Here, these eternally stressed, self-important people who believe that everything has to happen quickly, quickly, can practice patience and respect for people who work beyond their 60s. Or just go somewhere else. ;)

::Unfortunately, after regular visits to this branch, nothing can change the fact that the owner is always unfriendly, stressed and condescending towards her customers. If I had another option to deliver my mail, I would use it and simply avoid the branch. In addition to the constant unfriendliness, it always takes forever to be served and then the pace is really slow - no one is bothered by it...

::Unfriendly. You notice that you are not welcome here. Also, a store that is far too crowded. A little tip, sometimes a smaller range is more! Queues all the way outside. Packages have to be searched for a long time, very disorganized.

::The store is always packed to capacity. If you want to pick up your packages, you have to be careful not to hit the shelves. Especially at lunchtime or just before closing time, you can easily stand in line for 20-30 minutes. The store itself was completely disorganized and sometimes unfriendly. If you want to avoid this, you should go to another branch.
