  Appreciate the customer service very much - instead of being bombarded with product names of shipping options, folks there ask me questions about what’s important to me and then finish up with would you like option a or b and pay x or y depending on the option. Brilliant! Thank you

  Extremely slow due to understaffing . It takes 30 min to send a package o pick anything up. Cherry on top: no debit/credit card payment allowed in 2023
