::I had an absolutely negative experience today. Based on the email from DHL, my package should be ready for pickup. Think! According to information at the branch, the package hadn't arrived yet. I had a completely different feeling about this statement...I'm pretty upset that I made the trip for nothing and don't even know when I can pick up my package.

::It is now the third time that a package has been returned to the sender because I supposedly did not pick it up, which is not true. I didn't have a collection slip in the mailbox. I had also been to the branch here and wasn't even taken seriously. The answer was how should I know who was on shift that day? Maybe it was the postman who no longer works here.
