::I don't understand why every time I go there there is a big queue and the waiting time is so long for a few packages and letters. Only a maximum of 2 people are allowed in at a time and if it's cold you have to wait in the cold for a long time.

::My impression is based on various visits. Unfriendly staff! No hello, goodbye or anything like that. Eye contact with the customer is not sought either - they prefer to have a private phone call. Oh, and being called you is also very popular there. I'm over 30 - not 12.
