  This is the worst place in Rostock city. First of all, I am always afraid by DHL delivery service. Most of the time although I am at home, they just left the note to pick from the delivery center. And if I see the delivery center name Post Filiale 502, I am totally dead. Their delivery service is so bad, that sometimes feel like this is not Germany at all. Germany is known for its efficiency, right? Post Filiale 502 has only limited hours for delivering and they can also stop it anytime without any notice. You need to stand in the long line outside of the street. One winter I remember was standing there for almost an hour freezing in the cold.

  I have no idea why DHL keeps re-direct my parcel to this place while I have register elsewhere. My experiences about this place were not fun at all! There is always a long waiting line in front of the store (imagine snowing and raining days), while there is one staff works there. And the staff is nice but they seem to not able to figure out where the parcels is. It can be because the shop is messy, or just that it's too small for too many parcel. And good luck with finding parcel. They always request you to call ONLY from 18:00 to 18:30, out of this 30mins, you are out!

  I follow up with Vladimir Stankov....and YES, it refers to your branch because several times we come with the card left by the postman and you say the letter is not there? 9 days have passed... Where can we find the letter which is very important?!!! It has to do with my mother's pension from another state... If the postman is at fault and he is an employee of your company, you need to resolve the issue internally. I need the letter! Find it! Greeting

  Dissatisfied with the service... today on 07/11/2023 I was expecting a letter for my mother which is very important, the gentleman who delivers parcels at DHL does not ring on a doorbell at all but immediately puts a check in the mailbox so we can go pick up the letter. Why didn't he put the letter in the letterbox or ring the door phone, the three of us were in the home... Why aren't the employees ringing the doorbell??? So that we don't take from their working time??? Well, that's their job for what they're paid for...horror. In addition, my mother is immobile so that she can't pick up the letter from the branch.   Packages are not organised well. Therefore, I was asked to come at a later time despite the package arrival time being a day earlier! Edit: I received the package a day later and I want to give a benefit of doubt here to the post office. On the package, a part of my address was written on the first line along with my name and that could have been a source of confusion.
