::Despite repeated notifications, my shipment was incorrectly franked as Registered National instead of Registered International. I still paid €4.60 and therefore didn't suspect an error. As a result, I missed a deadline and incurred almost €800 in damages.

::Location wise it's not reachable, DHL always keeps the packet there even if there are other places nearby my apartment. People are nice, especially the old person can also speak in English
