::If it were up to me, I would give you minus 5 stars. Such nonsense can't happen. I was told I could pick up my package at this address on Wednesday afternoon. I was there on Friday evening around 6 p.m. Your package hasn't arrived. I was told to come back on Monday.

::Sorry but the store is the last one. We picked up a package there yesterday and it was so damaged on the outside that I didn't even want to accept it. When I asked why it was so destroyed, the answer was that something like that can happen if you drop it. I further asked if I could make a note so that it doesn't mean that it was me. The answer came promptly, no, something like that is not noted and no one would be interested in that. If I don't want the package, I can leave it there and send it back. I asked a second time to record the damage somewhere for my safety. But with that I probably overwhelmed the good man, who suddenly became you and I should take the thing and go or leave it here. I stayed calm and asked him if he knew me because he addressed me as "Du" and he shouldn't act like that. Now he has had enough of telling me to leave the store immediately and is banning me from the house. Since I hadn't signed yet, I didn't go out straight away and he threatened to call the police. I signed and left the store laughing loudly. I have never seen such a poorly run post office. That's not good advertising for the German Post, it's more of a deterrent.

::Since we were not at home, the package could not be delivered. According to the notification card, the package should be in the branch the next morning, Thursday. We have tried to pick up the shipment twice so far. On Saturday it still hadn't arrived at the branch! We're excited to see when we can hold them in our hands. Strangely enough, the parcel delivery driver who I met by chance in front of my house claimed that he had delivered the shipment to the branch... The show a week earlier was a similar disaster. Complaints to DHL will be answered with an automated letter. If this is the current way of working at DHL, we will choose a different delivery agent in the future.
