::A very nice, good and large branch. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The lack of staff and the opening times have been adjusted is completely understandable. The employees do their best and I haven't experienced anything to the contrary.

::In the DHL app and here it says open until 7 p.m. I tried to pick up my shipment after 6 p.m. on two non-consecutive evenings. Each time it was already closed and there was a note saying it was only open until 6 p.m. I can understand that, but if they change the opening times in general, then they should communicate that everywhere.

::Maybe okay as a tobacco shop, but unusable as a post office. Priority letter not sorted correctly, therefore no tracking. The employee cannot accept and process packages with finished shipping notes (purchased online from the post office) 😵💫 Also incorrect opening times online: only open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.!

::The employees are almost always friendly. However, the waiting times are negative. Hit until the entrance. Especially if you're traveling with children, it's an imposition. This has to get better!
