::If you're charged €0.50 for a makeshift and small piece of tape, then I expect to get something for the €0.50. I really hope that my package arrives safely at the recipient. As quickly as the employee put stickers on the package, I will follow the package's shipment status with fear and stomach ache. But as an employee you can do something like that, it's not your own property, so you can handle it carelessly.

::Here, too, the customer is declared stupid. My shipment has been ready for pickup since September 4, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. And all of this for 7 days until September 11th. This is also what it says in my email, my app and also in the online tracking. Yesterday we at least looked, but the result was not there/not found/not sorted yet. On a Monday I understand that. Today it means it's not there yet and WITHOUT looking on the shelf. Only bad. I doubted it, BELIEVE ME, it came back straight away. I turned around and left. Simply unprofessional. Please DP now reply with your standard answer. Nothing will change anyway. It's just a shame for the tobacco exchange, damage to the image of the post is all I'm saying.

::Cocky and unfriendly on the part of the operator, sloppy storage of mail items and the resulting unnecessary time searching for a shipment, and there is apparently no proof of returns after the retention period has been exceeded

::Everything went great and the staff was nice and attentive. Importantly, this branch is not the former post office, but opposite in the tobacco/newspaper store. I think the bad reviews spill over to this branch because people, frustrated by the closure of Postbank, vent their anger on this Google entry. Even though it's a different branch!
