  The only positive thing is that Schmiedefeld has this agency. Very limited opening hours are one thing. The branch is located in an insurance agency. The company manager's father is often in charge here. This seems to be very overwhelming at times. It can happen, for example, that customers first have to make him aware that the parcel service is waiting outside the window. A customer who had not read a deposit slip from the previous day correctly and was only able to receive his package in the afternoon, but had only read the opening times, was instructed that he had to read it correctly. The customer was a bit annoyed about the route, which was free, then asked why the opening hours were so short. The answer was that it wouldn't be financially worthwhile. And he would ultimately be alone. The reply that the deal was with someone else made him burst. He stuffed the notification into the customer's jacket pocket and took him outside with the door open. The customer who experienced this was me. Oh well. I can't call it customer-friendly and I wouldn't take out insurance either.

  You are always welcomed in a very friendly manner and I have always been lucky that it was open. We are lucky to have a post office nearby.
