::unfriendly, lazy staff. The counter is never manned, you usually have to ring the bell at least three times until an annoyed employee comes after 10 minutes. No opening times advertised and then you are told to come back on Monday/next day. Worst post office I know.

Then they simply close an hour earlier and the person at the counter is more concerned with stopping customers from queuing than doing their actual job. Parcel trolleys also adjust the positioning area.
