::DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!! The employee was extremely disrespectful!! NEVER AGAIN!! I brought 7 letters there and was sorting them into normal, tracked and insured. While I'm sorting, he snaps at me to sort it. Huh? I said: I'm just about to do it He rolls his eyes... He says all registered mail is insured anyway, so I don't have to send it that way. But that's not correct! He doesn't even have a clue about his work. Then he wanted to send normal letters for €3.50 each. Um hello? At any other branch I pay a maximum of €1.80!! Total rip off! But it gets even better: He puts all the stamps and letters into my hand and gives me a pair of scissors. Tells me to stick it on myself. Um?! This is HIS JOB? Then I started and he snapped at me to do it somewhere else. Then I went to the site and did it. He then came to me and yelled at me that I was doing it wrong. This is what you stick up and not down!? YES HOW SHOULD I KNOW? AM I HERE IN TRAINING OR WHAT? This is his job and he makes me do it for him and then I get yelled at for doing it wrong!!! Plus he didn't even tell me which tracking was for which letter. He said I should figure it out myself?! That meant I had to give all the tracking numbers to the people I was sending it to.

::This juice shop doesn't even deserve one star. Why DHL doesn't finally close the location is a big mystery to me. According to the messenger, parcels are brought there, when you then want to pick them up you immediately feel the incompetence of the employee because they are not even able to check when it came or know the difference between a parcel and a package!!! It is said is not here. Then a piece of paper is thrown at you with a complaint hotline where you can supposedly be helped. There you will be told the package is in the shop. What does the owner do with it if he can't find it? Where did it go? In the meantime, a total of 4 of my shipments have suddenly disappeared and I have been stuck with the costs each time. This time I wanted to have this written down on the card so I could claim my money back from DHL. The employee doesn't do that. comment "Not my problem, banned from here" In the meantime, the store had opening times Mon-Fri 3 p.m.-4 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m.-11 a.m. During this period, not even DHL could deliver the packages there and they were simply sent back. I really hope that DHL closes this location soon as it is just an imposition for customers. Multiple complaints and reports have been submitted to DHL

::On Saturday the shop didn't open until 40 minutes later, the employee said: sh... Saturdays. According to information from those present, it wasn't the first time. Given the already poor opening times, a no go. Definitely not recommended!
