::Very friendly and helpful, the owner would be the last person to insult or discriminate against anyone. I always really enjoy coming 👍

::The owner is very nice and correct to all customers. You can't change the fact that you go to her store, but she helps wherever possible. I can only say good things and just because someone has something personally against the owner you can't publicly insult her.

::For the first time, disabled people cannot enter the store or only with great difficulty. Disabled people are treated very unfriendly by the owner and she doesn't bother to find solutions if her equipment (computer) doesn't work. Instead, despite my severe mobility impairment, I was shouted at to come over another time. When I explained that I couldn't come by several times due to my disability because I always had to organize an accompanying person, all I got was a snippy "Twice might be enough." thrown at the head. After I called the complaints office (I had to struggle up the stairs again and make a phone call outside in the rain), they had to hand me my package. It was enough for her to copy my details from my ID and keep the postage stamp from the package, so it wasn't much of a hassle for her. For me, however, it would have been a huge effort to organize another trip and a companion. In the end she even banned me from the house and said that she would refuse to accept my packages in the future. I will definitely contact the district's disability officer about this. Disabled people also have the right to communicate by post and to receive and send parcels. It's bad enough that people with mobility problems and wheelchair users have no opportunity to enter this branch or use a wheelchair. Unfortunately, disabled people have to stay outside, but dogs are allowed in at all times.

::Absolutely not acceptable for the German postal service. This person is very unkempt, cheeky, lazy and impudent. No understanding whatsoever for disabled people, e.g. with wheelchairs... I can only advise against this branch. Complaints will now follow.
