::In my opinion, this store doesn't deserve a star at all. I've been waiting for two different packages in one car since Wednesday. Yesterday and today the tour was canceled again due to nice weather and of course the Deutsche Post job was not carried out properly. Yes, breakdowns can occur, but not all the time! And as my predecessors already wrote, it's stupid that as a customer you can see the exact process. And I also saw the DHL courier. So, if you're going to lie, please don't lie so that you immediately feel like you've been taken for a ride. If that doesn't change soon, it won't stay with the second bad review. Finally check on your employees who no longer feel like working when the weather is nice. Something is clearly wrong in your company!!!!!!

::This is the second time I've been waiting for my orders that supposedly couldn't be delivered because my store was probably closed. Drinks market/kiosk, finds the error. Open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.! Botdingweg 1. Never had any problems before, there's probably a new refugee at the wheel who can't get anything done!!!!!!!!!!!

::Oh, most delivery staff are not aware that they work in the service sector and think that customers are incapable of checking shipment tracking. Delivery was supposed to take place next, strange the vehicle 1. not near me!?!?!, 2. vehicle stood in one place for ages without moving. 3. but suddenly: No delivery today. Packages are simply not delivered, even though they are marked as requested delivery. And who gets to pay for it again?? Of course, the regular drivers can then have to deal with additional packages the next working day Additional training is necessary, or simply issuing warnings or terminations. In such cases I can only recommend a complaint to the board!!!!!
