  The staff are all very friendly and always try to help. I've only had good experiences so far, and I go there very often. From my one of the best branches in Rostock.

  Absolutely rude, Wanted to send a package the woman there refused to accept card payment and made huge scene telling me they don't accept small coins when I tried to pay with the only cash I had on me, overall a very bad experience. And I couldn't shake the feeling that part of the reaction was related to me being a foreigner and not speaking the best of German.

  The Deutsche Post & DHI station was a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and guaranteed quick processing. It was a nice experience to get to know this branch, because the parcel service delivered my package in the southern part of the city instead of in Kassebohm.

  I was there to pick a parcel but the women present there was very rude. I didn't know German and hence I had to return back because she was totally unsupportive.
