::It has been known for years that Postbank's pension service is the worst company there is in Germany. There is no email address and no response to faxes. The people, including the employees of the pension insurance association, do not care whether the pension has been credited to the account. I didn't get an answer from the pension insurance company, only a telephone number from the pension service. However, I was not told how to call there from Africa without money. They still live in the days when there was no WhatsApp or Facebook, because you can communicate on them for free.
