All good-for-nothings!!!!!!!!!!!! Parcel deliverers who don't deliver!!! Because they can't even read! (can't even compare the name on the package with the name on the doorbell) Because they don't even know which packages go where! (I have 5 packages for a house number in the car and then they arrive with just one...when asked where the package was, what was expected...I don't have anything else...I don't understand anything) You can't even manage to leave packages on your doorstep if you specifically specify it! And instead of the packages coming to a pakstation where you can get them day and night, no, they go to some store that's open from 12 to noon! Can't even read and write But BEING ABLE TO STEAL MY PACKAGES!!! And then also being able to forge the signature! But hey, that doesn't bother anyone here at DHL The customer is just stressed out, whatever 👍👍👍👊

I now didn't have to pick up a missed package at the branch at Kleine Stachus as usual, but at the packing station here in the parcel center. I find that extremely outrageous because there is no other way to reach this package than by car. I have a car, but neither do many people, especially older people.

For two weeks now, all packages have been sent back to me in Krailling as “unknown moved”. I have already called Bonn FOUR TIMES and spoken to two delivery people. Can anyone take care of this and help me??

It's just a shame, I didn't say anywhere that I allowed my packages to be left at the neighbor's!!!! Since our neighbor is a bit (more or less) confused and has now opened my packages, I can no longer track whether everything was sent: ergo: parts are missing because they were opened!!! All I can do now is send them back and hope that the dear DHL courier will leave the packages in the mailbox at the station with a pickup note if I can't receive them myself!!!
