::Absolutely incompetent staff at this PragerStr branch, but my comments are general to Deutsche Bank. They tage AGES to respond to emails or queries sent through the (very antiquated) internet banking interface, and when they do they clearly haven't bothered to read the provided details, meaning you need to start with them all over again. Minimal respect for customers' time, hence a minimal rating here for their lousy service. Fair, oder?
