::As a customer of Deutsche Bank, I am more than dissatisfied. It's not enough that there are fewer and fewer branches, but you can't withdraw cash from the remaining ATMs because they regularly break down over long periods of time. Customer service is different and succinct “apologies” don’t make it any better.

::Just catastrophic. It feels like every week the ATM is broken and there are no options to collect your money. A second machine would make sense

::My experience at their Höxter branch today was disappointing. I wanted to withdraw money from the ATM, but it didn't work (it worked at the Volksbank!). I turned to the employee at the table, she shrugged her shoulders and showed no willingness to help me in any way, apparently she didn't want to be disturbed during breakfast because she was just about to eat something (she doesn't do that at the counter, by the way good impression). As I said, I am amazed at their poor service. Kind regards. Silvia Jansa
