::After some issues that happened due to an innocent error made by one of the employees that could affect my stay in Germany, the staff all got together to assist me and race against time. I have been a costumer at DB since 2014, and till this day I have never encountered assistance by one of the employees there like the assistance provided today by Ms Cornelia Bruns.
