::Absolute disaster. A single branch, not a single ATM. Never contact Sergei Shevchenko. He doesn't give you advice, he forces you to take out insurance that you don't need at all. If you don't agree, it won't help you anymore

::Unfortunately I have to inform you that even one star for this branch and customer service is too much... Even though there are enough funds in the account, debits are returned without justification, which in turn is accompanied by reminder fees, etc.! I looked for clarification in vain... I was just brushed off by the on-site customer service and told to write a customer complaint if it didn't suit me. Your customer advisor's words: "I'M NOT DISCUSSING WITH YOU ANYMORE"....!

::I feel comfortable here. The branch is clean and tidy, the employees are all very friendly and accommodating. I can absolutely recommend the bank. Especially for Commerzbank customers who no longer have a bank in Lahr. A change is worth it! If a Commerzbank customer knows a Deutsche Bank customer, there is even a bonus :)
