::A very good bank. Customer service Always nice and helpful. However, there is very little Deutsche Bank in each city. More branches would bring more customers to my opinion.

::I've only written good reviews so far, because I've always believed that just because something doesn't work right away doesn't mean you have to complain. But the employees of this branch actually made it. We were there in February just to give an account authorization and to apply for online banking. That has not worked so far. It's almost June. Sparkasse Dortmund set up online banking on the same day and 5 days later the new card and PIN were there. In all of the call attempts, you didn't know what it was about. The callbacks have also been a long time coming. I have never experienced such bad service in my life. You cannot trustfully take out old-age provision or pension insurance. Not trustworthy, nor serious.
