Is'n that great? :) Curious people! I don't know why DB doesn't care about this behavior, but if my employee tells a client to go to another bank, I'll fire him/her on the spot!!!!! Yes, this is correct. The lady told me to use another bank because they can't open a new account this month. Profoundly arrogant behavior!

::Baddest service ever, I try to call in service center to a English speaker 6-7 time but all time Deutsche speaker were on call. They can't understand me and DB deduct 7-8 Euros per month from my account but for big transaction I have to ask them. What's wrong with them.

::bad service, horrible horrible online transfer system. website is not even responsive on Android which one has to log in to because of that Photo TAN absolute non-sense. Incompetent customer service on the phone and in person. How hard is it to save all this paper waste and use sms notifications or anything related. Saftladen!...go to N26!! use the future of online banking and leave those primitive businesses.

::The only branch of Deutsche Bank in Heilbronn city which is located close to city center. Very friendly and supportive staff. There are also some ATM machines inside the bank.
