  Competent, detailed advice. At the very end, the obligatory paperwork was completed confidently, making it very understandable. Short, concise but more than enough so that even a layperson could understand the small print. Nothing was promised, nothing was talked into you, but professional advice was given based on the facts at hand. I/we have been a customer of Deutsche Bank for 48 years now and still feel like I'm in good hands

  Very competent and friendly advice. Everything was explained very clearly and in detail. Ms. Heimburg also takes time for her customers. Here you don't just get processed. Existing contracts are also reviewed from time to time and optimized if necessary. You don't have that everywhere.

  I can highly recommend the Deutsche Bank WHV. Mrs. Langenscheidt was always friendly and what I also found great was that she takes good care of customers and contacted them by phone/email to see if everything was still okay. Excellent and competent staff. Many thanks for that.
