  Great customer service. I had an appointment with Mrs. Grimmer to open a student account and I can only recommend her. She speaks good English, explains everything throughly and answers any questions.

  The staff are very nice and helpful. I had a good time there opening my bank account. They explained me every detail that I should know about.

  I really appreciate the way they treat their each and every customers with so much care and provide the at most support for all the service. For opening an account I have gathered alot of information from the employees and everything was explained very well. I would really suggest this bank to others as well.

  The employees are very welcoming and kind. I was able to open a bank account even if I don't speak German at all.
