  We have been customers of the branch in Buxtehude for many years. It would be pointless to mention individual employees and thus exclude others. What is lived here, that a team provides the services and still belongs to one person. Regardless of whether it is about a new account for students, or about adhoc financing or investments. Constant concentration, focus and advice. We have briefly verified almost every offer - no other offer has ever been better in terms of content. What is quite normal in B2B has not yet arrived in C2B - but here it is. Many thanks to the whole DB @ HBX team !!!

  The service I receive from Mr Augustin and the staff at Deutsche Bank Filiale in Buxtehude is outstanding. I had arrived from Australia and had very little German language skills, fortunately for me Mr Augustin's English is far far better than my German and he was able to help me setup my account and organise my credit cards, he continues to be of assistance whenever I need it. Cannot recommend Mr Augustin and the Buxtehude branch highly enough! Many thanks Herr Augustin!
