::The worst employees I have ever encountered work in this branch: No matter when you call during opening hours, no one answers - even after minutes of ringing. And if you (accidentally) pick up the phone, you can hear voices in the background, but no one is talking to you. On the contrary: If you say “hello” or something like that, they simply hang up. There is also no response to emails. That is not how it works!

::On November 26th, 2023, I withdrew an amount from my account at the ATM in Derkow, but did not receive the money because the ATM malfunctioned. I called four times to no avail and went to the bank twice with no avail and I haven't received any cash yet?? There was an offer and I wanted to buy a refrigerator, but due to this problem I couldn't buy and the employee said to wait. There is no real interest in the problem and I don't know what to do. Just wait. An old and bad ATM in Derkow. I don't advise anyone to open an account with this German bank and I regret it very much. I need to open an account here. Because the services are (zero), the support is (zero), the dealings with customers are (zero) even below (zero), and they don't deserve a single star. When I get my money I will leave this bad bank
