  I am 99% self-service and I have to say as often as your pay-in and pay-out machines are defective, that's no longer fun because they should be improved! I actually work for Deutsche Bank because of the good service and quality. Well answered and right now on November 16th, 21st both machines cannot be used again. If that happens so often, maybe invest in new ones instead of just cashing in. Or a used one of them was installed!

  The PIN had a term of 12 (!) Days at Postcon. It had nothing to do with the service of the bank. Everything was good, service ok, therefore 5 stars. I had already mentioned the courteous, friendly advice.
