  I had a fantastic experience at Deutsche Bank. The staff, particularly Anna Wegener, was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the entire bank account process.

  I called because I needed your help, not your attitude. Rude and no sense of service-attitude. I made a mistake, ok. Sure my fault, ok. 'How do we resolve it?' Would have been nice. I'm moving back from overseas but I'll make sure to avoid this branch and Ms Kirchner. She takes the cake. Teach your staff how to deliver a messag. It makes all the difference. Do not recommend this branch anymore, at all! Take your money and assets elsewhere, folks and don't touch DB with a 10 ft pole.

  I went to the bank in Wurzburg today to renew my debit card. The staffs were quite polite, and the procedure was completed quickly and without any inconvenience. Because I don't understand German, they understood and conversed in English to make me feel comfortable.
