::We wanted to open an account for my brother. When I opened the account I asked if I would get a gift for the recommendation, the customer advisor said no, that is only for online if you open the account online, which is ultimately not true because I later called customer service and she said that I would would have to fill out an online form. Ok next. When I opened the account, I asked if I could check my brother's data because mistakes are often made with foreign names. The local customer advisor said he had opened enough accounts and had been doing this job for a long time and he did no mistakes. When I signed the contract I saw an error in the cash on delivery and also an error in my brother's status, he had stated that he was married and not single. The problem could not be solved at that moment, but they passed the information on to headquarters so that they could make the change. Good. A few days later we received the EC card with the wrong name. I called them and they took care of it. Then my brother wanted to activate his online banking and we discovered that the same customer advisor had given his number incorrectly. It was a foreign number and it was stated that way, with + country code. Instead, he stated +49 for Germany. 🤷♀️ We asked and a Greek number wouldn't be a problem. Well, then I call the customer advisor, and he didn't even apologize; he thought it was exaggerated that we wanted to close the account after the 3 mistakes. And he said that my brother would only need the account for 6 months anyway and it wasn't a big deal anyway. Ie a small customer who doesn't even deserve proper support? It's a shame that Deutsche Bank will not only lose one 'small' customer, but three.

::I have had a very good working relationship with my advisor from Deutsche Bank Neuwied for many years. No matter whether retirement provision, portfolio advice or protection for children. For me, this is a reason to remain loyal to the bank despite the distance from Neuwied. Even from a distance, everything is solved easily.

::So we've been at Deutsche Bank for about half a year now and have only had good experiences so far. Setting up the account worked quickly and without any problems, as did refinancing our loan. And we can't imagine a better advisor for us 😅 He's relaxed and sometimes jokes around... completely different to what we're used to at other banks.

I wouldn't feel as safe and well looked after at any other bank or with any other supervisor as I do right where I am now. Even if it's not always easy. I hereby rate the German bank in Neuwied and Mr. Fries as my customer advisor as the best you can expect from a bank with 10 stars. I can only recommend!!!!!!
