  I was with Ms. Meid today. Very competent, she helped me a lot and gave me great advice. I'm so happy with her. She is super nice. Upon request, I received coffee or something else. Water at my request. I would go to her again and again

  Short description: rude, incompetent and arrogant. The branch manager couldn't answer any questions and kept referring me to a hotline (questions about my products). I ask myself the question, how can you sell products and then not be able to provide any information about them afterwards? Why do I take out something at the bank then I can go to an online portal!!! I can't imagine that the (positive) reviews are true, because I was asked several times to give a positive review. That's what I call influencing. The reality is different. It's a shame that such people represent Deutsche Bank.

  I am regularly at the Deutsche Bank branch in Frechen. The machines are constantly broken, both deposit and withdrawal machines, or both at the same time, preferably at the end of the month. The repair can take weeks. Even in the Frechen branch's self-promotion, the ATM is broken in the picture

  It is a very nice branch with very nice employees specially Mrs kirschbaum & Mrs Geffe who are most helpful welcoming employees ever met.
