::Fatma and all the staff were very patient and helpful with opening a bank account for me, with everything explained thoroughly and expertly in English. EDIT: Although the service initially seemed excellent, I have now had to visit the branch an additional 4 times and they still will not give me the information that I need to access my salary. Every person I speak to gives me different, all incorrect, information and I have to go in to close my account because they refuse to give me my internet banking PIN or my cards, for which they have already charged me.

::I went to the bank yesterday without an appointment hoping to get one for the next week. To my surprise, I even got the appointment at the same day. My account was opened by a young lady named Selma. Unfortunately, I did not had a good experience with the local sparkase and for that reason I asked a lot of questions. Ms. Selma was very friendly and very patient the entire time. She answered all of my questions - even after asking multiple times. I am totally satisfied and would like to thank Ms. Selma again for her work. The bank makes a very good first impression! Kind regards and big thumbs up 👍🏾
