  I don't know what criteria Deutsche Bank uses to hire its employees, but the way and manner in which it deals with customers (in my case, a potential customer, it was about opening a business account) is terrible! I would advise everyone not to start with the monkey business! They should first learn to deal with customers in a friendly manner and to answer questions in a friendly manner and not talk to someone who is retarded.

  Unfortunately, I have to rate my experience with the Deutsche Bank branch in Neustadt as extremely disappointing. As a long-time customer, I had a situation on site that significantly increased my dissatisfaction. I visited the branch to get information about my accounts. To my astonishment, the employee on site told me that she couldn't give me any information because she didn't have the necessary qualifications. This answer confused and angered me. As a customer, I expect that the bank branch can provide me with basic information about my financial affairs. The fact that I was instead advised to go to the Postbank to get information there seems highly unprofessional and disorganized. I immediately went to the Postbank in the hope of getting the information I needed there. Unfortunately, I was disappointed again when I was informed that Postbank was also unable to help me. This situation caused considerable dissatisfaction on my part as, as a customer, I cannot understand why two banks belonging to the same group of companies are unable to answer basic customer queries. Overall, I find this experience extremely annoying and not very customer friendly. The lack of competence and inability to provide basic information significantly undermined my trust in Deutsche Bank's services. As a customer, I expect reliable and competent advice, especially when it comes to my financial matters. Unfortunately, this expectation was not met in this branch.

  A customer of Deutsche Bank in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse for many years. I am (very) satisfied, there is always interesting information about investment opportunities and if you need help, it is available immediately. I would particularly like to mention my advisor, Andrea Getto, who does a really good job. The “very” above is in brackets because I sometimes think the costs are too high. The bank should think about that.
