::We have had the financing of our house at DB for decades. When the branch at DB SZ-Bad managed and rescheduled our contract, everything always ran smoothly. At the beginning of November 2019 we wanted to reschedule the whole thing and the "fiasco" began. We accepted the offer in December 19. In January 2020, the person in charge of the branch in Lebenstedt "surprisingly" noticed that this is a leasehold property, so an appraisal is needed. That took weeks and the reviewer had to come twice due to his own negligence. Then the clerk was on parental leave but nobody else took care of our matter. The branch manager I wrote to did not answer. Several inquiries showed no progress. In the middle of the year we asked to move the process to Goslar and we learned that such an appraisal would not have been necessary with a maximum loan amount of 60,000 €. If we had known in January 2020 this would not have been a problem. Instead of February 2020, we were only able to cancel our home loan and savings contract for February 2021. Since the communication and / or the exchange of documents between DB and BHW (belongs to DB !!) did not work, our building loan contract automatically became due in April and we paid high interest for 2 months longer. This was then compensated by the Deutsche Bank in an accommodating manner. But all only through “pressure” on our part. Now the enormously long processing time from January 2020 is still in the room. This was in no way discussed or taken into account in our complaint. Paying “too much” interest for at least several months is in a not inconsiderable four-digit range. After several weeks we received a refusal to write again from us. DB did not do anything wrong, of course, and we are left with the overpaid interest. I usually don't go public with matters like this, but when you are treated so badly after years of treatment you have to do so so that others will be warned. Apparently this is DB's new business model of enriching itself through poor service at the expense of customers. I will continue to seek the public to prevent this from happening.

::Very bad customer service. You don't get a loan here, even with a very good credit rating of 5000 € income! At another competing bank it is and at a hammer interest rate of 0.77 p.a. Shame on you Deutsche Bank!
