  Can be reached easily via Tram from Central Station Potsdam. Staff is really helpful. During my first visit, I asked for information with my broken German but the lady at front desk still managed to get help for me. After booking appointment online, Mr. Buretzek helped me open an account. He explained everything in detail and in ENGLISH. On top of that they respond quickly to queries on email as well.

  My husband and I went to the Deutsche Bank a few times for financial advice. Mr Labes and Mr Jung are both professional and friendly. In particular, Mr Labes speaks excellent English and explains everything clearly, and answers all of my questions to my satisfaction. Highly recommended with excellent service.

  Polite and welcoming personnel also speak English, which is very much appreciated. The only drawbacks are the location (quite far from Potsdam Hbf. railway station) and limited working hours, but the latter one is as usual in Germany.
