  Once again, a sleeping person used the rear self-service area. The air was extremely polluted in the entire area. After consulting the bank, I was given a credible assurance that they were working hard on a significant improvement.

  For every Xpat in town, I don't recommend you to work with this Bank branch. My experience which was repeated many times as I hold an account there is that some employees are not up to the professional level to serve international customers specially English speakers and treat their customers in a bad way. The bank financial reputation is already a question to a lot of people world wide and as a customer I can't bare an extra negative service on top of that. My decision today is to close my account there permanently.
