::It's good that the branch is back (again). Not everything is online after all. The branch in Duisburg Grossenbaum has been my bank for decades. Many things can be arranged online these days, but you often also need competent advice at the table and you can get that here. The time when the branch was closed due to the damage caused by the machine explosion and you had to drive into the city to the main office was very inconvenient and inevitably customer-unfriendly. It's great that there are still branches locally.
