If I had read the reviews beforehand I would not have used this deposit machine. Addendum: Even after a week, my money is still not reflected in my account. Despite research at Postbank and a complaint on the Deutsche Bank website as you suggested. There is a significant amount that I am now missing to pay my rent. Who enriches themselves with my hard-earned money? Can banks even be trusted anymore? Stay away from deposit machines.

::Deposit machines don't work again, it's just annoying because you want to pay something in and it just doesn't work. I have to go to Rostock first so I can pay.

::Unfortunately only one star can be awarded. You can only feel sorry for the employees at the branch. The deposit machine has been broken for a week. I don't know what the employees had to listen to over the course of the week. The one star isn't aimed at the staff at the branch, rather the DB should ask itself how She deals with her business partners for 7 days. A defective machine doesn't work at all. I was in Doberan four times a week and then had to take the detour via Rostock. Shame on you.

::I can only report before using the cash deposit machine. I had a problem and the machine withheld the rather large sum. After a week the money finally arrived in my account.

::At the end of March I wanted to open a business account in a personal conversation. An hour of just filling out forms. And nothing has happened since then. I'm angry and sad at the same time. This behavior isn't even worthy of a rating star. No response by phone/email. Personally, I just stalled twice and listened to excuses. The third time I was very disappointed and angry. To date no response, nothing in writing... nothing at all. I couldn't make a regular deposit for 6 weeks, the first incoming money...without an account...well where?! Really sad. Now I have a different bank. Deutsche Bank--Never again.
