::A super professional team, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we have had to be taken in with the children several times and have always been treated well. I can't understand some of the negative opinions because it's always one way of thinking. Just as it switches in, it switches back again.

::I have been receiving treatment there with my daughter for years and have been very happy with the doctors right from the start, especially Ms. Pelminkov, Ms. Derenthal and Ms. Schölzel...I can't quite understand the negative reviews - the nurses have enough to do and can't Permanently looking after a child, how about a parent staying with you....often enough, the child was briefly visited and then they were gone...no matter what problems you always try to find a solution to... .

::I was hospitalized in the children's hospital with my son for 5 days. All doctors, assistant doctors and nursing staff were very friendly right from the start and informed and explained all the necessary treatments for the child. Our time was made as pleasant as possible. I read the comments beforehand (children are alone in the crib, etc.) reading that is of course terrible, but I can't judge it. Maybe the hospital should hire educational staff for the children's ward, similar to those in schools etc...who can then look after the children who have to be in the hospital without parents, can accompany them to appointments or examinations in other wards and with them Children can play and keep them busy. I don't know if that's possible, but it might solve the problem.

::Under all hell. Is this a hospital or a children's home? The children sit alone in the crib in front of the television. My son is just stuffed with medication and not examined. It's nothing, just a bit of a fever. Then why are we here? Oh yes, for the examinations. Which consist of giving fever juice. We'll get moved tomorrow.

::Was always satisfied with this clinic, including the emergency service. But what happened yesterday was just below the belt! You come there as a desperate mother because you need help (since my baby was 4 months old and was just wheezing, which got worse day by day, and was no longer keeping his milk formula in and is totally restless). Well, so far so good, only the waiting times are unreasonable until someone gets comfortable (something else could have happened during that time), and then you are treated unfriendly by the attending doctor (I prefer not to say a name). To top it all off, I asked at the end if I should be worried about the wheezing. The answer was simply the harsh and below the belt. I quote: "The lungs are free, he won't suffocate straight away!" Of course, that's what you want to hear as a mother. I'm angry with myself that I'm complaining to the hospital administration about this condescending doctor. That's not possible and the person has simply chosen the wrong career!!
