::One star is still too many, I've been waiting 7 weeks for the doctor's letter, I've already called them 4 times and asked, apparently it's not ready yet. Further examinations should be carried out by your family doctor, but this is not possible without a doctor's note from this dermatology clinic. Not recommendable!!

::If you are not familiar with the worst service, then this is definitely the place for you. They didn’t admit me to the clinic with a referral, saying that they didn’t have doctors and laughing at me because I was a foreigner. There are only racists working at the clinic. I don't recommend it.

::I've been in the dermatology clinic for several days now and found everything to be very positive. Starting with outpatient consultations with the professor through to short-term inpatient treatment.

::In March 2023 I was ordered to have a preventive examination with skin screening by the professor. He hasn't even gotten up from his seat yet. He looked at me briefly from the front, once briefly from behind and that was it. He didn't look at my moles at all (but accounted for them...) and just said, "we only treat serious cases here". I'm wondering why they even gave me this check-up appointment?! I drove a total of 200 km for this. In my opinion, you shouldn't consult the professor there if you want a professional opinion. And anyone who thinks that the gentleman there would be better off with private patients is wrong. I bill privately. If I ever get a serious diagnosis, I will definitely not go there again! And because of the preventive examinations that are important to me, I now have to continue looking for a real doctor.

::I had a very bad experience in this department. I’m pregnant in 31 weeks, yesterday I started having rashes on different parts of my body even on my face and it was itching so hard. I called my Frauenätzin to ask her and she asked me to go to the hospital because this might be urgent. In this department they refused to accept my case and they said you should come with a referral from a skin doctor. I tried to explain the situation and said that the rash is developing fast but nothing was useful. I jut got rejected from the nurse and the doctor as well because no referral is present. I wonder when these departments can take someone case serious and do sth? After they collapse or mostly die? Super upsetting! Update: went back today to the emergency section with a transfer from my gynecologist. After some back and forth with them, the nurse in the emergency room did a phone call to the dermatology department and they accepted to treat as an exception this time only. The doctors and the nurses were nice today unlike yesterday ..
