  The overall package is simply great. Starting with the modern furnishings, the friendly contact at reception and the great treatment from Ms. Günther. I found the waiting time to be absolutely OK and my children usually get a little surprise for their bravery. I find Ms. Günther very likeable and she always answers all my questions competently and friendly. I feel in great hands with her and always receive good advice. I also found Ms. Dehmel's teeth cleaning to be really good. In my opinion, it was the best and most thorough teeth cleaning I have ever received. Ms. Dehmel was also very sensitive and took my current problems into consideration.
