::I was going to Frau Bernhard since they still were located Zähringerstraße. Sadly, over last couple years the quality has degraded significantly: constantly changing personnel, badly organized reception, doctors that see you the first and likely the last time. My appointments were lost w/o a notice, were rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance w/o any excuse. I had really good doctor here for teeth cleaning, and I usually do appointments a few months in advance. But last few times I heard from the reception the following reasons for cancellation or inability to schedule: the doctor doesn't work in the clinic any longer, the doctor got sick. These are visible signs of disorganization and degradation of quality. I do not recommend anyone risking going there.

::Really satisfied with the service here. Staffs were very cordial and helpful. They clearly communicated which service is not covered by the insurance and how much it will cost. Specially I always get to see the doctors right on time which I really appreciate.

::I visited this dentist last week. Teeth cleaning consisted of her assistant rescaling my front lower teeth. No polish and teeth still have plaque. Very interested in trying me to get to spend money! Not recommended!
