  Fell into the financial hole for health reasons, with entries etc. Since then, my status at this bank has been comparable to that of a sick man in ancient Rome ... Haste nothing is nothing ...

  Opening times are not respected at all. 3 times on site but unfortunately no one there.

  Immediately on the phone. 9:01 clock. Helpful, competent and friendly staff. Has clarified my concerns immediately and printed the necessary documents ready for collection.

  UNBELIEVABLY BAD Hours are observed in very few cases. Never go to the phone (to check if it's worth it to go) And the lady is more outside to smoke or private calls than to be inside ... I have changed to this bank because she is close - that was a mistake

  Arrogant, aloof, unfriendly staff who do not see the customers well, but only their own profit. To the wishes or concerns of the customers are not covered, but disparaging you will be sent away despite customer status. Absolutely not recommended this location of Degussa Bank!
