  Hardly anyone can be reached since 05/2021. Forwarding to the head office and waiting there for 20 minutes. Problem not solved, forwarded to colleague, wait another 10 minutes to get kicked out of the line.

  Called Degussa Bank in Langwasser today on 07/28/21 at around 11:20 a.m. We are open until 12 noon. I waited 20 minutes on hold, after about 2.5 minutes the nice voice, our employees are all talking to customers, please be patient. After 20 minutes my patience had run out. Always the same repeating loud music in the background. Anything but customer-friendly. I UNDERSTAND ... THANK YOU !!!

  Just like that, the "free" current account now costs EUR 5 per month. Outrageous!

  The ATM is disproportionately defective and is then "available again shortly" for a very long time.
