::Awful. Extremely inconvenient opening hours. Absolutely no one to reach by phone. If everyone worked like that. Apparently the bank is adapting to the Bundestag, sitting and collecting money. I should go to the bank shop because online is not possible. Why is there no way for normal working people to visit the bank?

::Service desert Germany is very important here! Although there is no longer a mask requirement in North Rhine-Westphalia as of today, the branch maintains that only one person is allowed to enter the counter area, wearing a mask. Nothing could be said against that yet. This morning, however, the branch's only customer left the premises and yet the next customer was not allowed to enter the counter room because the employees refused access. So there were 6 customers standing in the cold in front of the entrance. After 5 minutes nothing happened and I don't know when anyone was allowed to enter again because I was driving. It's unbelievable with what arrogance and impudence you are treated here!

::Bad service. Everything takes forever. Everything goes through Frankfurt. Appointments are not possible or you wait forever. Transfers sometimes take up to a week. Horror.... Just like in the Stone Age. Wesseling. No bank statement printer. Incompetent....
